  • How long is the lead time?

    In stock orders are fulfilled the next business day.

  • Do the mechanisms include the plans?

    Yes, each mechanism includes the cut list and the instructions. We are always available to answer any questions regarding the construction as well.

  • How does it ship?

    Each mechanism ships out either UPS or FedEx depending on the area and the best rates. For larger orders it becomes more economical and safer to ship LTL on a pallet. In either case, as soon as the order is fulfilled, we send you the carrier and the tracking number.

  • Is shipping included?

    No, the shipping is in addition to the product cost.

  • What are the payment terms?

    For established customers we offer Net30 terms. For first time customers we take the payment at the time of order.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept checks, direct bank transfers, and all major credit cards. For credit card transactions there is a 3% fee.

  • Where do the products ship from?

    We ship all of our products from our warehouse located in St. George, UT.

  • What warranty do your mechanisms have?

    We have a 10-year warranty on our frames and mechanisms. Our springs carry a 2-year warranty. This is a limited warranty against defects and for normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse.

  • Do you sell complete Murphy beds?

    No, we only sell the mechanisms. If you are interested in a complete Murphy bed, we would be more than happy to refer you to one of the manufacturers who use our systems.

  • How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed through the website, over the phone (773) 327-5516, via email Info@murphywallbedsystems.com, or through fax (773) 524-5187. Really you can place orders however works best for you.

  • What size mattress fits on the Alpha mechanism?

    Our Alpha mechanism fits up to a 12” thick mattress. The frame is available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen and King sizes.
