  • Where are the plans?

    Each individual mechanism includes the cut list and the instructions in one of the boxes. However, if instructions are missing or misplaced, they can always be located on the website.

  • How do I purchase?

    To purchase, you must first have an account with Murphy Wall Bed Systems and be logged in. If you do not have an account yet,  apply now.

    If you already have an account, log in.

    Once you’re logged in, you will have access to all content including the ability to purchase online.

  • Where are the dimensions?

    Each product’s page has that product’s finished dimensions. However, the dimensions are also available on the instructions pages.

  • What is the warranty?

    We offer a 10-year warranty on our frames and mechanisms. Our springs carry a 2-year warranty. This is a limited warranty against defects and for normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse.

  • What size mattress fits on the Alpha & Beta beds?

    Our Alpha mechanism fits up to a 12” thick mattress. The frame is available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen and King sizes.

  • How does shipping work?

    Each mechanism ships out either UPS or FedEx depending on the area and the best rates. For larger orders it becomes more economical and safer to ship LTL on a pallet. In either case, as soon as the order is fulfilled, we send you the carrier and the tracking number.

  • My order arrived damaged.

    While it is rare, shipping damage can still occur. If you believe your products have been damaged in shipping, be sure to indicate that the product arrived damaged when you sign for the shipment. Then, give us a call and we’ll get it all taken care of for you.
